Thank you for supporting handmade art and choosing Doctor Stamp!

Each item in my shop is crafted by hand using real vintage postage stamps, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Small imperfections, such as minor scratches, tiny air bubbles, or natural wear from the stamps’ past lives, are part of the charm and story of each piece.

Because of the handmade nature and long international shipping times, I do not accept returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged or you’re truly unhappy with what you received, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution, this may include a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement, depending on the situation.

If you’re someone who prefers flawless, factory-perfect products, this might not be the right shop for you, and that’s okay too.
