All of my items are self-designed and handmade. I will take great care in packaging and sending them to you safely.

Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
• Custom or made-to-order items may take a little longer. I’ll keep you updated if that’s the case.

Shipping Locations

• All items are shipped from my home in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
  

Estimated Delivery Times

• I use Postnl, with an estimated delivery time of 4–6 business days.

Shipping Costs

• A flat shipping fee of €14 applies to all orders.

Customs & Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days, please contact me and I’ll be happy to assist. I always do my best to resolve any issues.
